These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with CENAX VENTURES LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy policy, Refund policy and Shipping policy.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States only.
2. Products, materials and colors
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different on different screens, and listed dimensions are approximate. Many of our products are made from natural materials such as stoneware, linen, cotton, jute and wood, so small variations in color, grain, texture and glaze are normal and are not defects. Follow the instructions in our care guide.
3. Prices and availability
All prices are in US dollars. Shipping charges and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you place your order. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. We accept the offer when we ship the order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we cannot verify payment or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund the full amount.
5. Payment
You can pay by credit or debit card through our payment processor, Stripe, or by invoice where offered. Card payments are charged when you place the order. Orders paid by invoice ship after payment is received, and unpaid invoice orders may be cancelled after 7 days.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and charges are described in our Shipping policy. Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to the shipping address you provide.
7. Returns and refunds
You can return eligible items as described in our Refund policy.
8. Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, logos, graphics and photographs, belongs to CENAX VENTURES LLC or to the people who license it to us. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Using this website
You agree not to misuse the website, including by trying to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, or placing false or fraudulent orders.
10. Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product or order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
