Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. If a piece does not suit your space or is not what you expected, you can return it under the terms below.
Returns within 30 days
You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they are:
- unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them,
- returned with any tags and labels still attached, and
- packed in their original packaging where possible, so fragile items travel safely.
For hygiene and safety reasons, candles that have been lit cannot be returned. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
How to start a return
- Email with your order number, the items you want to return and the reason.
- We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the items securely and send them back using a trackable shipping service.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered. Please pack ceramics, glass and mirrors securely; items damaged on the way back because of poor packing cannot be refunded. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
We inspect returned items within 3 business days of receiving them and email you when the refund is approved. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Card refunds usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Orders paid by invoice are refunded to the account the payment came from.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Return the item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the piece you want while it is in stock.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order at no cost before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has already shipped, you can return it under this policy.
